You also receive free SIP credentials after purchase, so you can use your number in any softphone. To make outgoing calls, request a SIP account with outbound calling and the caller ID service.

- Outgoing calls are charged per minute and are not included in the number fee.
- Caller ID works only when your virtual number is from the same country as the number you are calling, and only where local rules allow it.
- Calls without caller ID are billed per second; calls with caller ID are billed per minute.
- Without the caller ID service, how your number is displayed to the person you call cannot be predicted.

Can I use a virtual number without an internet connection?
Yes. Forward your number to a regular mobile or landline and calls will arrive over the normal phone network, with no internet connection needed on your side.
Can several employees use one number?
Yes. A multichannel number accepts several calls at the same time, and an IVR menu or a virtual office lets you route callers to the right person or department.
Can I choose a specific or “golden” number?
Numbers are assigned from our available inventory, so a specific number cannot be guaranteed.
Is a VoIP local number a real phone number?
Yes. It is a real, dialable local number in the country you choose. Callers dial it like any other local number and pay their usual local rate.
Can I choose an area code outside my own city or country?
Yes. You can choose a number in any available country and city, regardless of where you are based.
Do I need any special equipment?
